At bokuku, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, our straightforward return process ensures a hassle-free resolution.

Eligibility

• Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition (with tags/manuals if applicable).

• Non-returnable: Customized, special-order, or final-sale items are excluded unless defective.

How to Return

1. Contact Us: Email  with your order number and reason for return.

2. Approval: We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Note: Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

3. Shipping:

  • For defective/wrong items, we cover return shipping.

  • For change of mind, return shipping is at your cost.

Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Exchanges: Contact us to arrange replacements (subject to stock availability).

Exceptions

• Damaged in transit: Notify us within 7 days with photos to expedite a replacement/refund.

• Late/missing refunds: Check your bank first, then contact us if unresolved.
